Terms of Service

Last updated: September 25, 2026

By using unclegrants.com or requesting services from Uncle Grant's, LLC ("Uncle Grant's," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

About our services

Uncle Grant's provides handyman and home services in Central Florida, Florida. Our website lets you learn about our services and request a callback or quote. Submitting a request does not create a contract for services.

Scope of work and licensing

Uncle Grant's is insured. We perform handyman and repair work directly. When a job requires a state or local contractor license (for example electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, or roofing work), we partner with licensed technicians and companies to complete that portion of the work, and we will let you know before it is scheduled.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes and estimates are based on the information you give us and are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may change if the scope, site conditions, materials, or travel distance differ from what was described. We will confirm any change with you before proceeding. Travel charges may apply based on distance. Quotes are subject to these Terms. By accepting a quote (in writing, by text, or by approving it through a link we send you), you agree to its scope and price and to these Terms.

Invoices and payment

We will send an itemized invoice listing labor, materials where applicable, and any taxes required by law. Payment is due by the due date shown on your invoice. We accept Zelle, Venmo, cash, bank transfer, or another method we agree on with you. If you pay by card, the payment is handled entirely by a secure third-party payment processor; we never see or keep your card information. Late balances may be subject to reasonable collection costs where permitted by law. If you believe an invoice is wrong, contact us within 7 days so we can review it.

Scheduling and cancellations

Appointment times are estimates and may shift due to weather, prior jobs, or supply delays. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. We may charge a reasonable fee for late cancellations or missed appointments where we've already reserved time or purchased materials.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you own the property or have authority to approve work there, that you will provide safe access, and that the information you give us is accurate. Please secure valuables and fragile items in work areas.

Photos and job documentation

We may take photos of the work area before, during, and after a job to document the work and resolve disputes. We won't use photos that show identifiable people or your home's interior or exterior for marketing without your permission.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit false or spam requests, or attempt unauthorized access. Any secure links we send you for quotes or invoices are for your use only. We may block access or remove submissions at our discretion.

Communications consent

By submitting a callback request or contacting us, you consent to be contacted by call, text, or WhatsApp about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. See our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The site's content, logo, and design belong to Uncle Grant's, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" and "as available." Information on the site is general in nature and not a binding quote or professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms or in a written agreement for specific services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uncle Grant's is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to that venue. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue directly.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
